GNGRT is an insulated pipe primarily used for hot springs and hot water. Nominal diameter: W25 to W250S Maximum operating temperature: 80°C 【Features】 ○ The conduit is made from high heat-resistant polyethylene, which has characteristics such as heat resistance and chemical stability. ○ The use of EF sockets made from high heat-resistant polyethylene eliminates concerns about corrosion, similar to traditional metal fittings. ○ It is a long pipe that has undergone consistent processing for insulation, installation, and corrosion prevention within the factory. ○ Pipes with a nominal diameter of 100 or less can be delivered to the site as long-length pipes (tab-wound). ○ The introduction of long-length pipes allows for labor-saving in construction and shortening of construction periods, leading to cost reductions. ○ The long-length pipes are highly flexible and can be extended while bending. ○ They are ideal for exposed piping in mountainous areas and for soft ground such as marshes and reclaimed land, and they also excel in earthquake resistance. ○ The outermost layer is coated with low-density polyethylene containing carbon black, which provides excellent weather resistance and corrosion resistance.
